“BaselCement-Pikalyovo” will conduct Workplace Certification to prevent injuries and occupational diseases

Alexander Stakanov, the Director of “C-A-C – GCE” informed about the beginning of Workplace Certification based on the working conditions at the JSC “BaselCement-Pikalyovo” (Leningrad region. a subsidiary of the company “BaselCement”)

By 2011 December 345 work places at the production facilities of the enterprise will be certified by the specialists from “C-A-C – GCE”.  The Certification is carried out to assess the working conditions and is one of the measures aimed at preventing workplace injuries and occupational diseases. The results of the work will be the action plan for the further enhancement and improvement of the working conditions at the plant.
In 2011, the experts from the “GCE” group of companies have already travelled to the sites of the “BaselCement-Pikalyovo” to provide consultation on energy efficiency and fire safety.
